    Internet as an instrument to transmit theoretical knowledge

    The problem of transmitting theoretical knowledge and the role of the Internet in it require the solution due to the existing modernization of theoretical knowledge transmission process. The objective of this research is to define the role of the Internet in transmitting theoretical knowledge as it is the extremely important resource of the modern society. According to the carried out analysis of the problem and its solution the information technology is not only the mean that accumulates the volumes of knowledge, but also the tool of its social use, forms of social activity by way of social and information technology. As a result, using method of the methodological analysis in combination with competency-based approach we revealed that the Internet as a diachronic way of transmitting knowledge and experience is characterized by a polyagentity and interdisciplinarity

    The paper addresses the issues of social risks in the context of the creation of well-being. We analyzed the role of social risks in the society-individual system. The process of creation and development of well-being is shown to depend on the nature and social risks and measures taken to prevent these risks. The knowledge about social risks, the patterns of development of society and an individual is equally important. The formation of abilities and skills of optimal interaction with the social environment is of current relevance. Optimal interaction suggests that an individual is able to identify the purpose of his or her activities based on the gained knowledge and in the strict compliance with the laws and conditions of society. The development of the risk-reflection culture is a critical factor in the formation of the modern welfare space. We state that risk prevention must be the result of causal forecasting the variants for process continuation, involving positive factors, and, minimizing the impact of previous stages

    The authors examine the essence of professional competencies determined by the modern development of higher education on the basis of analysis of their integrative nature, essence and peculiarities. It reveals the nature of the integration of personality-oriented and professional knowledge of the control and its role in the competence formation. It reveals the importance of the integrative nature of the educational process in improving the education system. In the paper, the researchers point out modular training that enables the identification of the objectives and procedures of examination, assessment of the educational process. The researchers also showed that the subjects serve as a methodological basis, serve as a guide in the educational space. It is concluded that the use of technology of bringing together the practice and theoretical education, the formation of a practice-oriented training induces a change in the methodology and content of disciplines

    The authors examine the role of interdisciplinary competences in the development of higher education on the basis of the analysis of their integrative nature, nature and characteristics. The role of monitoring and indicators in the assessment of students’ knowledge obtained through the use of interdisciplinary competences is revealed. The importance of interdisciplinary models by identifying the stages of implementation of practice-oriented communicative approach in teaching is exposed. The problems of interdisciplinary competences are discussed in the context of forming tolerance and minimizing risk-taking in society. Against the backdrop of youth's problems the issue of educational reform is put forward and solved from the perspective of interdisciplinary, systematic, integrity.     We attempt to specify ideals and principles of common wellbeing: saving economy, political attendance, full employment, education, equitable distribution. As a part of the study we have formulated the concept of so-called "other" society under the social-humanistic paradigm. As it was mentioned earlier, social systems can be described as open-end ones, which implies their constant interaction with environment expressed via matter, energy, and information exchange. Because of that, the functional and developmental regulations are characterized by the presence of constant alteration as well, which stipulates the high complexity of structuring valid prognoses. Subject vs. object feedback determines special peculiarities of social prognosis, namely, the ones that are capable of either self-fulfillment of self-destruction of prognostic model. In other words, the predicted future influences the actual future. In the conditions of the increasing instability and dynamics of social processes especially urgent is the problem of adequacy of innovative model. The specific feature of modern innovative processes is the fact that any information about the features of their occurrence is extremely fast becoming obsolete that, in turn, leads to the increase the gap between reality and model
